Robyn exceeded our expectations! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator but she was involved well before the day-of-- engaging our vendors and compiling a detailed schedule. In addition, Robyn provided great suggestions to make our wedding day better and then made them happen by bringing props, equipment, signs, power cords, etc. On the day-of she made sure that everything happened according to our schedule. My wedding was on March 2nd, just 2 weeks ago, and it all went so smoothly and it was absolutely wonderful, all thanks to Robyn. I hired her to coordinate my wedding because at first I thought I could plan and decorate all on my own for some reason, but quickly realized that I needed a lot of help. She is amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. She was so professional, organized, flexible, dependable, and most importantly, level headed. I easily get overwhelmed and stressed out and had my fair share of it in the few months leading up to the big day, but Robyn always assured me that everything will be fine and that everything was under control. You will never see her break a sweat. She was very good at listening to all my concerns and questions and was quick to find solutions to any bumps along the way and always made me feel at ease. She was also great at listening to my ideas and visions for the reception and makes excellent suggestions herself. She handled all my last minute changes very well and made it happen without too much hassle. She was even kind enough to let me use a few decor items from previous events at no extra charge! The wedding was such a hit and everything went so smoothly and right on schedule. She was on it and made sure to communicate with me and my husband throughout the day to tell us when it was time for a dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.. She really brought my vision for the reception to life and made the venue look so pretty and elegant just the way I wanted it. Robyn is great at what she does and I definitely wouldn't mind using her again for any big future events in the future!

Robyn is a truly incredible wedding planner, and my husband and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We hired her a few months before our wedding to do basic wedding planning and coordination, but she went above and beyond on all accounts. A few examples:

- She proposed many ideas to make our venue beautiful, and was incredibly adaptable to our particular tastes. Once we decided on something, Robyn did the groundwork to make it happen and to stay with it our budget.
- She is incredibly organized and on top of logistics. She kept us so organized that I didn’t have to worry about any of the small details. For examples, she recognized that we didn’t have the glassware needed for our cocktails and worked to secure the right ones. And she worked with all of our vendors to work out the tiniest of details (accommodating vegetarian/vegan guests, when they arrive and setup, cleanup, etc)
- She is super calm and collected and has a calming presence on those around her.
- She is a problem-solver and took initiative to figure out solutions for the small hiccups that happened day of.
- And she is a great communicator. She gave us status updates on a regular basis so we knew that everything was taken care of.

We were so happy with Robyn for our event, and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her in the future. She is truly the best and is a standout in this industry.

I had the opportunity to employ Robyn as a decorator for an end of the year client appreciation party I planned. She was introduced to me by a colleague who had found her online and she made a significant difference to our event. Robyn was on time and professional for all of our walkthroughs and meetings. Plus she also, at my request, managed the various vendors necessary to make what I had in mind, decoration wise, come to life. To me, that was the best part. I didn't have to worry about a huge aspect of the event and was able to feel confident that all of the decor would be taken care of. Robyn made my bridal shower a total surprise! I was not expecting it at all. It was based on me, as the theme was what I love best, horses. I could tell she had spent so much time researching to find decorations and party favors that would make my bridal shower so special.

She was very organized and check in with me (the caterer) several times making sure all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. She pays attention to details and I see her at these events and she works very hard. The wedding this past Saturday was decorated by her very elegant. (I didn't attend the first event, my staff did). I loved the sparkly table coverings she used for the cake table and the bride table. Very impressive.
